The concert features guest composer Gabriela Ortiz and MSU cellist Suren Bagratuni. The MSU Wind Symphony will perform Kauyumari by Gabriela Ortiz, Tramonto by Luis Serrano Alarcón, Sinfonietta for Concert Band by Ingolf Dahl, and Danza Final (arr. David John) by Alberto Ginastera. The MSU Symphony Band will perform Pacific Celebration Suite: I. Parade by Roger Nixon, Mare Tranquillitatis by Roger Zare, and Variants on a Medieval Tune by Norman Dello Joio. Kevin L.
