The concert features MSU trombonist Kenneth Thompkins and soloist, baritone Derrick Fox, MSU professor of choral music. The MSU Wind Symphony will perform Celebration by Gao Hong, Symphony in B-flat by Paul Hindemith, Concerto for Trombone and Wind Ensemble by David Maslanka, and Old American Songs by Aaron Copland.
