Sutton Foster Ovation Awards
The finest talents from around Michigan will compete at Wharton Center for the titles of Michigan’s best high school musical actor and actress in this exciting evening of song and dance. Witness the performances that brought these talents to the state level, and watch as they compete for scholarships and an all-expenses paid trip to New York.
The performers will be judged live and will compete for a $1,000 scholarship, free tuition to Take It From The Top, our summer Broadway performance workshop, and an all-expenses paid trip to New York. Here they will perform on Broadway for a chance to win the National High School Musical Theatre Award. This is an event you don’t want to miss.
The Sutton Foster Ovation Awards is a partnership with Wharton Center for Performing Arts, Broadway in Detroit and Broadway Grand Rapids with additional support provided by Nancy Passanante.
