With Motown souls, French pop spirits, and rock-and-roll hearts, Chic Gamine enchants fans and critics alike with close harmonies and infectious tunes. This band of three angel-voiced girls and two talented guys create siren-call harmonies with astonishing voices working together, at once vulnerable and strong, raucous and refined. Chic Gamine has toured the world, played for the Queen of England, performed at the Vancouver Winter Olympics, opened for the legendary Smokey Robinson and Mavis Staples, and appeared on NPR’s A Prairie Home Companion. In 2009, they picked up a Juno Award for Roots Album of the Year for their self-titled debut. 2013’s hit Closer introduced Chic Gamine to the U.S. The band is excited to perform live in East Lansing!
