ACT ONE
Committee members work directly with the Education Director
to develop and enhance Wharton Center's Youth Outreach programs.
These
volunteers serve as in-school
docents or ushers for Act One performances.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP EVENTS
The Annual Membership events Committee is
responsible for coordinating and managing Inner Circle membership
events.

BOX OFFICE
The Box Office Committee is responsible for providing
volunteer staff for box office ticket sales. Each volunteer commits
to
at least one four hour
shift
weekly.

GIFT SHOP
The Gift Shop Committee operates, manages and staffs the
Sharon Smith Myers Gift Shop in the Wharton Center Lobby, generating
extra
income
for Wharton
Center.
A Minimum time commitment is required.

MEMBERSHIP
The membership Committee builds and maintains a directory
of Inner Circle volunteers and promotes volunteer recruitment.

NEWSLETTER
The Newsletter Committee is responsible for providing
newsletter for Inner Circle members. Headed by an editor and coeditors,
the committee
is responsible
for
writing, editing, producing, labeling and mailing

PREVIEW
The PreView Committee is responsible for providing
experts to give pre-event presentations that
educate and enrich
ticket holders
so they may appreciate
and enjoy performances more fully. View the

TASK-AT-A-TIME
The Task-At-A-Time Committee is responsible
for assisting other Inner Circle Committees
and Wharton
Center
on an on call basis
as needs
arise in the
area of mailings, receptions, and telephoning.
