Award-winning pianist and innovative composer Keiko Matsui has set herself apart during her nearly 20-year recording career with distinctly original and finely crafted compositions. Recognized as one of the finest contemporary jazz keyboardists and composers, Matsui has sold millions of albums worldwide and has been recognized as Billboard’s Number One Contemporary Jazz Artist and won Best Female Artist at the Oasis Smooth Jazz Awards for two consecutive years. Known for her unique ability to blend Eastern mysticism with playful melodies, Matsui’s easy funk piano has made her a favorite with concert halls, jazz festivals, radio and sales charts.
